Southern Summit – South Barrule & the Round Table
A walk to the highest point in the south of the Isle of Man to visit the Iron Age hill fort and settlement on South Barrule and find out what the Round Table really is – a bronze age burial cairn.

Preparing for your walk
Moderate rating with steep slopes and uneven paths-but worth it! About 3.5 km and 180m height gained. Please wear footwear suitable for footpaths and open moorland. Bring clothing appropriate to the weather on the day and any food, drink and support equipment (walking poles, gaiters, insect repellent,sun cream etc.) which you find useful.
